ExerciseTV Top Trainer Contest Rules

1. Any fitness professional owner* within the contest area may request to list themselves in a specific category in which they legitimately provides services or specialization. All requests and nominations are reviewed, and categories are evaluated on a regular basis.
2. ExerciseTV retains the editorial right to remove any fitness professional that has entered a contest incorrectly or has used marketing materials and language that is not in line with the spirit of the contest (see Terms and Conditions).
3. Fitness professionals may use any official promotional materials provided by ExerciseTV Top Trainer to promote their involvement in the 2008 contest. These resources are provided free of charge to all contestants. ExerciseTV reserves the right to remove any business that manipulates these materials or uses unsanctioned promotional materials from the contest.
4. Voters can only vote once in each category. Fitness professionals are encouraged to invite their clients to vote online, but any fitness professional that attempts to unfairly manipulate voting results in any way will be removed from the contest.
5. Throughout the contest, ExerciseTV Top Trainer will display the fitness professionals that are leading the voting at that moment. These results will change with each vote and are not intended, nor are they permitted, to be reproduced, printed, or displayed anywhere outside of the official contest site. Any fitness professional that uses this data without the expressed written consent of ExerciseTV will be removed from the contest. This information is the property of ExerciseTV. It is illegal, for any party, press or otherwise, that uses this data without the expressed written consent of ExerciseTV.
6. We do not support businesses entering email addresses for customers and asking them to confirm the vote. The goal of the contest and guide is to connect local business and consumers online and to help increase visibility for listed businesses. By inviting people to the site to browse, vote, and post comments, we are creating the premier destination for local content. Entering someone’s email address on their behalf is not supported.
