Boot Camp Body is 4-week program designed to help you get in the best shape of your life! Not just "another" boot camp class, BCB includes a fitness evaluation, a personalized nutrition plan, and results tracking to guarantee that each participant will increase their metabolism, burn fat and see a remarkable change in body composition.
Unlike other "one workout fits all" programs, BCB is for women of all fitness levels. Everyone is treated as an individual, and you'll work at your own rate within a fun, exciting group atmosphere. Workouts will include cardio, muscle toning, core strength training, and pelvic floor (mommy muscles) conditioning. You'll also receive a customized eating plan to maximize your results.
