Coach Neda is a proud mother and wife, . She did compete as a Swimmer, and Track and Field.. She did also perform as an accomplished cheerleader and captain. She loves to do all kinds of sports, from Triathlons, Marathons(qualifid for Boston twice),Adventure races, 220 mile bike races overseas, Anything that has to do with challenging the mind and body.... Neda Has been working as a professional photo model for over 15 years. She has been featured in national magazine and billboard ads as well as countless number of runway shows, which she still does as a hobby..Fitness has always been a part of Coach Neda’s life. She's always been an athlete with an exuberant personality.. She is known for her passion in helping people achieve their individual goals, motivating people to feel better from inside and out.. What she enjoys most is seeing the excitement her students and clients feel in seeing results from her training- and their dedication to her. She did early on in her career realize the importance of cross training,. She has taken her 15 years of knowledge, experience and education and has developed her own style of work-outs. Spinning, Running, CORE training, functional conditioning, bodyweight training, flexibility, yoga, dance, breathing techniques, and everything in between and combined. She has a program for just about anybody. Coach Neda's programs aren't just a bunch of common exercises thrown together. She has carefully and meticulously chose the best.
