I decided to work in the fitness industry in order to motivate individuals to initiate a fitness program using the services I provide. The most important goal is to motivate myself and others to lead a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to increase customer satisfaction by guaranteeing results, or you pay nothing. My ultimate desire is to use all the knowledge and different training styles I have learned, to help people of all ages and fitness levels become, fit both physically and mentally. Currently I teach classes including boxing, kickboxing, aerobics, pilates, yoga, boot camp, massage therapy, injury rehabilitation, self defense, weight training, diet & nutrition, hip hop, and circuits. I provide services as a Certified Personal Trainer who gets results through exercise, proper nutrition, and communication skills. After a workout, I provide my clients with a therapeutic massage, which is the perfect ending to a training session.
