My wife and I have been loving Fitboot (and our instructor Charla) since we joined 2 years ago. No more boring gym sessions what to do next, or boring 3 mile runs on the treadmill watching the wall/tv. We would highly recommend it.

Fitboot is an excellent program and if you want a taste of the real thing then take this class, I am now in the Army and it definitely got me ready for it . Charla is a great role model and instructor.

Excellent overall fitness program.
60 Minutes of endurance, strength building, flexibility and coordination drills. All calisthenics, outdoors in Back Bay by the Charles River and early in the morning. Uses the same fitness routines and drills that have worked for countless Marines for many, many years. Group format encourages performance and accountability (you don't want to be the team wimp). Membership in my class split 50% men, 50% women and everyone feels comfortable.
FitBoot instructor has been hosting classes, 5 days/week, winter/spring/summer/fall, rain or shine, for 10 years. Commendable dedication the fitness goals of the recruits.
If you want a condensed, instructor-led program that will provide you with an excellent and challenging workout in 60 minutes, enroll in FitBoot. You don't need a gym, equipment and overpriced trainers. It just works.
