Grinder Gym is a 6,000 sf out door workout experience located on top of World Gym in Pacific Beach. Grinder Gym provides back to back one hour classes from world Renowned Master Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutritionist Dave DePew and his team of advanced fitness and nutrition experts. This membership provides training and nutrition menus along with discounts on nutritional supplements and other fitness products.

What can I say about Grinder Gym??? It is an awesome experience with a great trainer. If you have had a membership to a gym or personal trainer for more than 2 months and still are not happy whit the results you are getting. You are throwing your money away! Grinder gym gives back what you put in it. And if you are ready to loose weight, gain muscle mass and feel confidence that you have never felt or have not felt in a long time. You have to... HAVE TO try this Gym. Even if you get a 1mo membership to see if you like it or not. I know you will.
The Grinder Gym is the best thing that has happened to me. I look great, feel great and have get so many compliments from all my freinds. This gym has done so much for me in such a short time. Best of it all... i had so much fun going to the workouts. The people in the class as well as the instructor are supportive. There is always up beat music to work out to and great equipment to use.
I have done it all... from workout video tapes, crash diets, personal trainers and Gym memberships that did not deliver. The Grinder Gym has transformed my body. I've lost weight, gained muscle and feel great!
From running up 4 flights of stairs, a 2 floor ramp and having state of the art equiipment and excellent guidance from Master trainer Dave DePew, every dollar paid for the gym membership is worth its weight in Gold. You can not put a price on a healthy new body and a refreshed sense of self esteem! If you are serious about working out, loosing weight and/or gaining muscle. You need to try the Grinder Gym.
The Grinder Gym has transformed my life! I am a U.S. Marine and was in need to drop over 30lbs in 12weeks and drop from a 28% body fat to under 21% at the end of the 12weeks I went from 219lbs to 178lbs and my body fat percentage was recorded by the Marine Corps at 18%!!! I truly believe that no other gym or program would've brought such great results in such a short time. Thank you Dave DePew and Thank you Grinder Gym!
At 42 years of age, I thought my athletic days were over. No such thing! After a year or so of slowly taking off and putting on weight, Dave DePew changed my life in a matter of 6 weeks!!!! I feel fantastic already, and still have six more weeks to go for my 12 week transformation. It is completely mindless!!!!! He has it ALL set up, diet AND exercise!!!! If you eat what's on the menu and show up for classes, you WILL transform!!!!! Dave DePew comes across as a serious, stoic guy at first, but it doesn't take long to figure out, this guy really cares about the people he works with. I even gave up my pack a day smoking habit, to keep up with his wild cardio workouts!!!!!! He coached me on the whole way! If anyone is listening out there!!!!! DAVE DEPEW SAVED MY LIFE!!!! If you want to live again, and think it's too late for you, or that you are "too far gone" like I did, go see him at his gym the grinder! He can help you whether you're 22 or 62!!!!! After 6 weeks with Dave Depew, I'm feeling like a teenager again and back down to my high school weight! WHAT IN GOD'S NAME ARE YOU WAITING FOR??????? SAVE YOURSELF AND GIVE DAVE A CALL!!!!!!!

I have seen him help ots of people who were out of shape and change their lives for the better.
What makes him unique is that he cares and he is good at wht he does.
I've bewen a part of the Grinder Gym for a while now and with Dave's instuction i've gotten phenomenal results. If you are ready to transform your body and life go to the grinder!!!
