Liz Tambascio is an ACE certified personal trainer and body movement instructor. She, along with Dale Cumberbatch, co-founded WikidFit, Personal Training by Shangosoul a company focused on each individual and their specific needs. WikidFit prides itself on keeping trainings fun while working hard and making fitness accessible to everyone. Outside of her studio-based training, Liz works with several organizations and programs in the community, educating children and teens about staying active. She has been used as a fitness source in several publications, most recently in Boston Magazine's Elegant Wedding.
