Over the past 10 years, Ron Dukes has been widely considered one of the best kickboxing instructors on the East Coast, teaching classes on the local, national, and international level.
Ron has over 20 years experience in the martial arts, holding black belts in Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo Karate, and holding the rank of profesor in the art of Capoeira. Ron is also a 5-time national karate champion and has also trained 2 national champions. In 2002, Ron won the National Fitness Championship in South Beach, Florida.
