"Redefine Living!" That's what it's all about at www.lagunabeachfitness.com. Exercise is great, but changing the way you look and feel is a lifestyle. I have been an athlete my entire life and my weight has fluctuated up and down, gaining muscle, gaining fat, losing muscle and losing fat. The difference is, I do it with a purpose and can show you how as well. Incorportating mind, body, and spirit is what it takes to increase your energy and improve your quality of life. I train youth athletes all the way up to 80 year old women trying to walk on their own again. I studied kinesiology and health and California State University of Fullerton, have managed Max Muscles, been a Fitness Manager for 24 Hour Fitness Corp., ran a strength and conditioning program for the girls tennis team at Laguna Beach High School, have promoted and done public speaking for health and fitness seminars, and write for the Fitness Expert Network. I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as an Optimal Performance Trainer, Senior Specialist, Youth Specialist, Pre and Post Natal Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I believe in functional and core training using balance aids, bands, medicine balls and kettlebells. I am here to lead, inspire and motivate the world to be fit and healthy. It's not how you look, but how you feel that makes you great.
