Steven is a Fitness Professional who brings his love of fitness and a dynamic energy filled experience to all his training sessions. For the past 14 years Steven has been teaching group exercise classes as well as designing and implementing personal training programs which combine sound exercise principles and current fitness trends with a cutting edge approach. He holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology/Physical Education and is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. He is the owner of Fit Enterprises Personal Training and co-creator of Fitcore™ systems. Steven enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels. His experience and training skills allow him to have great success with clients ranging from professional athletes, to weekend warriors, to the physically challenged. Steven has lectured at large scale fitness conventions, corporate motivational seminars, and Work Out for Hope events. Beware, his enthusiasm for fitness is contagious.

I am probably the most senior member of Steve's Boot Camp. I have worked out with him for 5 years and he has kept me feeling young, strong, flexible and generally terrific. Steve is very knowledgeable about training and uses all of his talents to inspire, encourage and whip us into shape. If not for him I think I would just believe that only the young can work out and be strong, I am a testament to the fact that we can all work out, lift weights, do sprints and be our best. I owe him so much. I intend to spend at least another 20 years with him... He is the best.!!!!!

Steve Maresca has an enthusiasm that makes the exercise experience fun, and something that can be done long term. He also conveys a genuine interest in a client's physical well being and how it is important to one's general life style. Steve is one of the most active people I know. He surfs, he trains, he trains others....it's amazing. But more than the healthy lifestyle he lives, it's the healthy attitude he possesses.
