Terry Bernardo is a graduate of the internationally renowned Teacher Training Certification School at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. The Pilates Center in Boulder offers the most rigorous and comprehensive teacher training program in the Pilates method ever designed. Terry has been extensively trained on every exercise, on every piece of equipment, and has received in-depth instruction on how to teach, at all levels of difficulty and for all body types, in order to be safe, effective and inspiring. Terry has also pursued study in anatomy, kinesiology and movement training with many renowned movement specialists in New York City. Terry also holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and a M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
